I’m ashamed that I once felt ashamed about finding so much joy from simply gazing outside my windows.

Love the view from the sun room! One of my favorite things to do is stare out my window!

Vermont is beautiful, so I would at your house, too! When I first bought this house and sent a photo of the sunroom to a long-time client he commented that he would never get anything done and would just stare outside the windows. That always stuck with me. Now I realize I AM getting things done, just different things in different ways. 🙂

It sounds perfect to me! I don’t know what I’d do without my sun room. Yesterday it was so beautiful, cold, but the sun was out and the sky was brilliant blue. I sat myself there and just let the sun rays fall on my face. Nothing better for the mood!

This is so beautiful! Speaking of Vermont, we are going to be moving there shortly, and I am so excited to be able to see this beauty outside my window in the future. Averyl, your yard looks very peaceful, and serene.

How wonderful for you and your family! I lived in Burlington for three years and Bennington for one. It’s a very special place and we love to visit!

Well, to clarify, I know the sun rising and setting isn’t magic, of course, 😀 but the light coming through the trees and frosted windows definitely creates a mystical wonderland that transforms and vanishes quickly.
