I took these photos of blooming flowers, ivy, trees, shrubs, greenery, moss and other life forms during a couple of early mornings at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco. It was during these walks that I experienced a deep peace I hadn’t felt in a very long time. I hope the peace of this special place reaches you through this post:
Laurel Hill Cemetery is a stunning beautiful and serene place. Last year at this time when we last walked there it had just stopped raining, so the colors and mood were quite different. Yesterday it was a bright, sunny afternoon with signs of spring everywhere!
This morning on the way to the Marie Joseph Spiritual Center in Biddeford Pool, Wayne and I took a little detour to walk in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco. It had just stopped raining and everything was lush, the colors were popping, trees were blooming and the air smelled fragrant. It was so tranquil! I hope you will enjoy the silent tour that follows:
